A layman hacker has been arrested, and charged with “secondhand virtual assault”, and “attempted homicide” following his cyber infiltration of speech software connected to a man’s voice box, and making the voice box say racial slurs in a Predominantly-black area. The hacker was arrested after uploading a video of his cyber attack online. It can be watched below.

Leo Frank, 28, from Cuero, Texas, is a self-taught hobbyist hacker who seemingly only uses his skills for deviancy. Mr. Frank's bail is set at three hundred thousand dollars. The assaulters will face no charges, as the judge ruled that attempted murder is a reasonable response to having the meanest word in sentient history be said to them. The victim is currently publicly unknown, and his face has been blurred for his privacy.
