A Dollar General customer was doing his weekly grocery shopping when a movie caught his eye. A double feature of "Best Body Cam Footage 4", also known as BBC4, and "Epic War Footage 2", two films produced by the people behind bestgore.com.

"I couldn't believe it when I saw it" the Dollar Store customer said. "It's more family friendly, but it's still going into my horror movie marathon this October! I'm excited!". For a friendly price of $2.95, he couldn't resist. He stated he was disappointed when bestgore.com shutdown as it gave him his entertainment fix of watching people die, but with their subsequent revival through commercial DVDs, and Blu-Rays, he says it feels "bittersweet".

Bestgore.com was a controversial website that hosted user-submitted videos of people dying, or being maimed. It is analogous to Facebook but with gore, or analogous to Twitter. It had a large following on the internet, and influenced multiple other forums to be created such as reddit's own, WatchPeopleDie subreddit (which has also been shutdown). Best Gore was taken down for good by the owner, citing legal, and maintenance issues. Nightmare World has attempted to reach out to creators to find out why they would produce media such as this, but no response has been given yet.

The back cover shares a glowing endorsement from Lord Jacob Rothschild, "These series satiated my hunger to watch people die." It describes the two series separately, summarizing BBC4 with "The fourth entry into the Best Body Cam Footage which launched the series into the American zeitgeist. This entry into the series contains the infamous body cam footage of the martyrdom of St. George Floyd." Epic War Footage 2 has its own synopsis, "The highly anticipated sequel to Epic War Footage, Epic War Footage 2 collects footage from the civil war in Russia, as well as from the ongoing petty squabble in Israel."
